Frequently asked questions

If you’re considering a content partnership, these are the questions that usually come up first.

If something isn’t answered here, we can cover it on a fit-check call.

Do I need to be confident on camera?

No. Our work is built around documenting real business activity — not performing for the camera. Many clients appear naturally through conversation, explanation, or delivery. Others prefer voiceover or minimal on-camera presence.

We’ll guide what works best for you.

What if I don’t know what to say?

That’s common — and expected. You don’t need scripts or prompts. Your expertise shows up through how you talk about your work. Our role is to shape and structure that into clear, usable content.

Do you offer one-off content or short-term packages?

No. Your Content Partner is built around ongoing partnerships. This allows content to stay consistent, strategic, and aligned — without constant resets. For businesses not ready for a retainer, we offer the Content Strategy Intensive as a focused entry point.

Which platforms do you post on?

We typically work across platforms where service businesses benefit most from credibility and visibility — such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Platform selection is confirmed during the fit-check call, based on your audience and goals.

Will you manage comments and messages?

This depends on your partnership level. Engagement management is included within the Growth Partner option. For other partnerships, we focus on content creation and scheduling.

How involved do I need to be?

Very little. But as much as you want. You’ll participate in filming or provide footage, and review content within the agreed window. Everything else is handled for you.

What happens if I don’t review content on time?

To maintain consistency, content will move forward as scheduled if reviews aren’t completed within the agreed timeframe. This protects momentum and keeps the system running smoothly.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Ongoing partnerships are designed to deliver results over time, not in short bursts.

Minimum terms are discussed during the fit-check call to ensure alignment on both sides.

Still Unsure?

That’s what the fit-check call is for.

We’ll walk through your business, your content needs, and whether this partnership model makes sense for you — before anything else.
